Get The Benefits of Drinking Water- Without Drinking Water

Okay girl, so the doctor says that you need to drink two liters of water a day in order to be hydrated, in order to get that body you want, that flat tummy, that slim waist, that glowy skin. But here’s the problem— because as easy as that sounds, it’s virtually impossible for you because you hate water. Don’t worry honey, I hate water too.

Which is why I came up with different ways to drink water—not just to get it over and done with, but to actually enjoy getting that hydration in. With my lazy girl method to getting hydrated You can get all the benefits: slim waist, flat tummy, glowy skin, healthy kidneys—without the punishment of drinking plain H2O.

I’ve got:

  1. Different additives
  2. Three smart drink recipes more beneficial than plain water
  3. Two method to help your body absorb water on a cellular level, so you’re truly hydrated without spending all day in the bathroom.
  4. And a way to help you check if its working

  1. Water Flavorings

Water flavors are super easy. Just buy your favorite flavor drops (low-acid) or slice up a lemon, add a sweetener (stevia, erythritol, or whatever you love), dump it in your 2L bottle, shake, and enjoy.

Why it works: Flavored water increases palatability, which studies show improves overall water intake and hydration levels.

Bonus: Lemon adds detox benefits—citric acid supports liver detoxification and kidney function.

  1. Smart Drinks

These drinks aren’t just tasty—they’re designed to hydrate you efficiently and target specific needs. Here’s the full story behind each, plus what each ingredient does:

Mermaid Drink (for extreme dehydration)

I came up with the Mermaid Drink because I am someone who is extremely dehydrated—so dehydrated that my skin was even scaly in texture and my body did not easily absorb water on a cellular level. I needed a drink that could actually hydrate my body properly.

Electrolyte combo: 4 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp salt in 2L water → helps your body absorb water on a cellular level via sodium-glucose transport

Rooibos pomegranate tea bag → antioxidants for skin + relaxation

Lemon → detox + vitamin C for skin glow

Sweetener → makes it enjoyable to drink

Optional citrus/orange water flavoring or ½ can 100% orange juice → flavor + vitamin C

Purpose: Efficient hydration, antioxidants, detox, and a drink you actually want to sip daily.

Bloat Drink (for flat tummy & reduced bloating)

You know how bloating is basically a hot girl’s worst enemy? I made this drink because I wanted to fight bloating while staying hydrated—so I combined ingredients that work together to calm your tummy.

Ginger → relieves bloating, supports digestion

Chia seeds → fiber + water absorption, helps hydration

1 tea bag senna tea → gentle laxative to reduce bloating

¼ tsp intolwane → traditional digestive support

Rosemary → flavor + digestion support

Sweetener → makes it taste good

Optional orange water flavoring or ½ can fruit juice → bright flavor + antioxidants

Purpose: Reduces bloating, supports digestion, hydrates, and tastes incredible.

Girl Go Drink (energy + glow)

I came up with this one for those days when I wanted something that energizes, hydrates, and boosts my glow—basically a drink that helps me feel “put together” even if I’m being lazy.

Cinnamon → supports metabolism and blood sugar regulation

Lemon → detox + vitamin C

BCo tablet → energy + skin support

Multivitamin gummy/tablet → fills nutrient gaps

Rosemary → flavor + digestion support

Sweetener + apple water flavoring or ½ can apple juice → makes it delicious

Purpose: Hydrates, energizes, supports skin glow, and metabolism—tastes like carrot cake 🤤

  1. Eat Your Water

Yes baby—you can eat your water! Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, watermelon, oranges… slice them up, salt lightly, and eat.

Why it works: High in electrolytes and water content, making it easier for your body to absorb on a cellular level

Bonus: You also get nutrients like vitamins A and C, potassium, and antioxidants

  1. Rehydrator Sachet Hack

Take 1 rehydrate sachet per day—these are oral electrolyte mixtures. Or any other form of all oral electrolyte mixtures. Hint, hint ladies these are also perfect for dealing with hangovers. Or even preventing hangovers if you alternate them with your booze. But don’t tell them I told you that.😉

Why it works: Provides sodium, potassium, and glucose to help your body absorb water quickly at a cellular level

Effect: Faster, more efficient hydration with less water needed, perfect for busy girls who want all the benefits without constantly running to the bathroom

  1. Monitor Your Hydration the Lazy Way

Pee color check: pale yellow = hydrated,

dark = drink more fluids or eat water-rich foods.

Skin & energy check: glowing, soft skin and alert energy = hydrated, tired or dry = adjust intake.

💡 Bottom line: You don’t have to hate water to get the benefits. Flavored water, smart drinks, water-rich foods, and 1 daily rehydrator sachet will hydrate you, give you glow, flatten your tummy, and keep your body healthy—all while tasting amazing.
