method
- Steep the green tea bag in hot water first, then remove.
- Add magnesium tablet, vitamin B tablet, ginger, vanilla, sweetener, and optional ashwagandha capsule.
- Add infusion drops which you can substitute with apple juice( 1/4 can for 500ml full can for 2l)
- Pour in water and mix or shake well.
- Chill in the fridge and sip throughout the day.
