Bad Day Go Away- Depression and stress support recipe

Purpose
After having severe depression and struggling with sleepless nights caused by stress and racing thoughts, I wanted a natural solution instead of turning to alcohol, pills, or smoking. By experimenting with calming ingredients at home, I created this drink. On my first try, it worked — after six days without sleep, I finally relaxed and drifted off peacefully. This drink is designed to relieve stress, ease mental pressure, and promote sleep in a natural, healthier way.

Method of Preparation
Step 1 – Prepare Chia-Rosemary Base
Gelatinous Option: Mix chia seeds, a little water, and rosemary. Let sit until jelly-like (2–3 minutes).
Ice Cube Option: Boil water, add rosemary and chia seeds. Let puff, then pour into ice trays and freeze for weekly prep.

Step 2 – Prepare Gummies
Dissolve cannabis gummy and multivitamin gummy in a little water until soft and jelly-like.
For weekly prep: dissolve gummies in water, then freeze in ice cube trays.

Step 3 – Prepare Ginger-Lemon-Rooibos Mixture
Steep rooibos tea bag, ginger, and lemon in hot water for 1–2 minutes.
Add cold water and pineapple juice. Stir gently.
Step 4 – Assemble Cocktail
Place chia-rosemary base (gelatinous or ice cubes) at the bottom of a glass.
Add gummy jelly (or gummy ice cubes) on top.
Pour the ginger-lemon-rooibos-pineapple mixture over the layers.
Optional: sprinkle rosemary or chia seeds on top for garnish.

Step 5 – Enjoy & Reset
✨Sip slowly to release tension, stress, and bloating while gently relaxing, energizing, and refreshing your body.
